Visit our facility and your child's future classroom by calling, emailing, or using the button below!
2. Parent Forms
Fill out the enrollment forms packet and CT Early Childhood Health Assessment Record found on our parent resource page.
3. Chat with Allison
All forms and paperwork must be dropped off or emailed to Allison before your child can be added to the schedule.
